Detox Smoothie


Repeat this recipe as needed!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Coconut Water (replenishes electrolytes)

1/2 Frozen Banana

Handful of spinach/kale

1/2 Slice Ginger (anti-nauseant)

Protein (currently I use Vega One Vanilla, but can't wait to try Hemp Protein Vanilla Chai for added Omega 3's)

Directions:

Blend, and drink!
