Unsweetened Cashew Milk

Dairy and I have never gotten along, but I do love a milk substitute in my mandatory morning coffee. Cashew milk is the bomb and it keeps for 3-5 days in the fridge.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of raw cashews

3 Cups filtered water

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Directions:

Soak Cashews overnight (they will be creamier) or for the two hours.

Usually you don't have to filter out the chunks, but if so, blend, filter via metal strainer.

Keep for 3-5 days.
