Crockpot Chili

Ingredients:
Lean ground Turkey
Diced onion
Diced celery
Any other diced veggie
I can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can mushrooms
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can of beans your choice
Add all to crockpot
Chili powder
Cumin
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and veggies in pan with tsp coconut oil.
2. Remove from pan cook turkey. This takes about 10-12 min only.
3. Add to crockpot: diced tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, dark red kidney beans, beans your choice.
4. Add to crockpot: onion, veggies, and turkey to the crockpot also.
5. Add in seasoning: Chili powder, Cumin, Black pepper.
6. Cook on low or high for the day.
